- Go to the UltiPro Trader Joe’s login page.
- Enter your crew member number in the top field of the login box. The field is labeled “User Name.” You can find this number on your pay stub. If you cannot find it, get in touch with Trader Joe’s HR department.
- Enter your date of birth with a two-digit month, two-digit day, and four-digit year in the bottom field of the Login box. The box is marked “Password.”
- Click the green “Login” button located below the bottom field.

Current Employee
- Access Trader Joe’s Member Portal login page we linked in the first section.
- Input your crew member number in the left field. If you can’t find the number on your pay stub, contact Trader Joe’s human resources department.
- Input the last four digits of your social security number in the field on the right.
- Tap “Sign-in”. The button is located below the crew member number and social security number fields.

- Access UltiPro Trader Joe’s login page linked in the second section of this article.
- Input your crew member number in the first field labeled “User Name.” Look for the number on your pay stub. Trader Joe’s HR department can help you if you can’t find it.
- Type in your date of birth in the password box. Use a two-digit month, two-digit day, and four-digit year format.
- Tap the “Login” button. You can find it under the “Password” field.
There is currently no iPhone or Android app available for this service. However, this shouldn’t stop you from logging into your account while on the go. You can just use your mobile browser and follow the steps we’ve detailed above.
