Televox ASP lets Televox employees log into their accounts for exclusive information and Televox customers log in to manage their account. Televox ASP Login Instructions

Customers

Learn how to log in using a computer as a Televox customer.

1. Go to the Televox ASP login site.
2. Click the blue “Customer Number” field at the top of the page.
3. Type your customer number.
4. Type your password in the bottom field at the top of the page.
5. Have the site remember your login credentials by ticking the white box next to the words “Remember Me.” If you do not want to save the information, leave the box unchecked.
6. Click the blue “Login” button.

Staff

If you’re part of the Televox staff, here’s what you have to do to log in:

1. Access the Televox ASP login site using the same link as above.
2. Click the “Staff Login” field. This is the center field.
3. Input your Staff Login ID number.
4. Input your password in the last field.
5. Check the “Remember Me” box if you want the site to remember your login information. If this is not something you want, don’t check the box.
6. Click the “Login” button.

Televox ASP Mobile Login Instructions

Customers

The process of logging in on a phone as a customer can be found below.

1. Visit the Televox ASP login site. You will need to zoom in to read the screen properly.
2. Tap the “Customer Number” field.
3. Enter your customer number.
4. Enter your password where requested.
5. Save your login credentials by checking the white “Remember Me” box. Don’t check it if you don’t want to save your credentials.
6. Tap the “Login” button.

Staff

As a staff member, follow the instructions below to access your account:

1. Access the Televox ASP login site and zoom in until you can read the fields clearly.
2. Tap the “Staff Login” field.
3. Enter your Staff Login ID number.
4. Enter your password.
5. Tick the white box next to the words “Remember Me” to save your login information. If you’re not interested in this, don’t check the box.
6. Click the “Login” button.

There is currently no Televox ASP app available on either platform. However, you can just as easily use your mobile browser to access your Televox account. Just follow the instructions in the sections above, according to whether you’re a customer or a staff member.
